Shipping & Packaging
Our usual shipping method is UPS Ground. Delivery generally takes 4 to 7 days. We also offer UPS 3rd Day Select for your convenience. Please note that we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. Shipping rates are calculated in Real Time based on Weight and Distance from Columbia, Missouri. We do not profit from shipping costs. We simply charge you what UPS charges us.
You can view the actual shipping cost of an order by adding the desired items to your shopping cart. Then, add your zip code & state and click apply, you will see the shipping costs appear in the shipping column. No information is sent to us until after the payment information is entered and the Send Order button is clicked. This is an easy way to find out the cost of shipping before placing an order.
We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not COMPLETELY satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible. We sell quality wild bird products but our business relies on customer service, which we take very seriously and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Wild Bird Mart. Shipping costs are not refundable. Any physically damaged or defaced items are not refundable. Items with missing original manufacturer packaging materials, manual, or other supporting materials will not be accepted for credit.
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange most items for a credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges do not qualify as a credit. You may exchange the product for another of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for all shipping fees involved.
Once you finalize your order, it is received and processed immediately within the next business hour. Therefore, changes or cancellation is very difficult. You may e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for cancellation; however we do not guarantee that your order will be changed or canceled. If your order is shipped, you may refuse the package; however, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be added.
